- We have a scalable capacity of 2880 man-hours per
day, working round the clock to manage larger volumes and are in process
of adding 1200 additional man-hours per day to cope up with ever-increasing
work flowing from USA and Europe.
- OUTSOURCE DATA ENTRY INC is an offshore service
bureau, run by a group of professionals, with extensive experience of
21 years in the domain of electronic data and document conversion. Our
expertise is based on years of insight in this segment, we have worked
our way through the first generation of personal computers to this day
and age where computers have made drastic improvements from its basic
processing capabilities.
- We have our own proprietary software for managing
Quality Control and Work Flow processes, designed to ensure 99.995%
accuracy. Also to ensure these high accuracy levels, we have developed
a comprehensive 3 stage Statistical Quality Control System(SQC).
- Office space encompasses over 8000 Sq. Feet, which houses most modern
environment and technology for execution of projects.
- More than 120 workstations functioning in 3 shifts,
24 hrs and 7 days a week.
- Backup systems with 50 KVA & 5 KVA UPS (offline)
with 8 hrs standby time to handle workload during power cuts.
