Requirement
Analysis
The first
and the most important part of our operations process is a list of requirements
from you. Here we study the clients requirements which is then translated
into a document called 'Statement of Work'. This document consists of
a detailed user requirement and the precincts of the proposed solution.
Only after the client approves the SOW, do we initiate the next step.
Software
Customization
After studying
the client requirements, our in-house software division, designs an image
view custom software to implement the project. Then a pilot test is run
to check the efficiency and authenticity of the software.
Data Input
Once the
software is approved, our experienced data entry professionals, use this
software for entering the required data, using the image view technique.
Data Entry
SQC
In order
to ensure a 99.995% accuracy level, all data that is entered undergoes
a rigorous SQC process. Click here to view the SQC diagram. Only after
the SQC division, issues the SQC certificate, do we initiate the next
phase in the process.
Data Conversion
After SQC
certification, the data is converted to the format required by the client.
Data Transfer
The converted
data is then transferred to the client through the desired output format
such as a floppy, CD or is uploaded on an FTP server which has a folder
with a unique password for client retrieval.
